Delivery Information
Currently, we only offer delivery inside Valley ( Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur ) and will aim to deliver within 1-2 business days of the order confirmation.
- We do not provide home delivery outside Valley. We send by Bus where there is direct route from Kathmandu but Pre-payment is required. We will let you know in case we expand our services to other areas.
- Please refer to each individual product for Delivery charges.
- If the delivery happens to fall on a holiday, the delivery will be made on the following day.
- Accurate delivery address and contact number should be provided to ensure timely receipt of your purchases.
- Delivery will be made to the specified address after order confirmation via phone call or email.
- A delivery receipt will be provided to the recipient. Please ensure that you sign a copy of the slip and provide it to us.
- The same products will be delivered as seen on the web-store. However, it may vary slightly in appearance, size, design and color.
